During my recent trip to Täsch, my friends and I settled into a charming hotel that seamlessly combines traditional hospitality with modern conveniences. We opted for two spacious double rooms, conveniently located just an 8-minute walk from the Täsch train station, making our excursions to Zermatt hassle-free. The hotel featured a comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep after our adventures. the rooms included a kitchen sink and mini fridge, perfect for drying our hiking gear and storing snacks. Fast WiFi kept us connected while we planned our next activities. Breakfast, served from 7 AM, offered a solid selection consisting of bread, yoghurt, and warm hard-boiled eggs, though I found it could benefit from a bit more variety. While the overall service was welcoming, the staff occasionally appeared a bit abrupt, perhaps due to a language barrier. Nevertheless, they accommodated our late arrival with understanding, which was appreciated. At CHF 80 per person per night, the hotel represented good value for our group.
